We are making good progress towards Pohnpei. Since lifting the hook we made 83 NM until 0500 today.

We set the genoa with the barber hauler at the NE corner of Kosrae and most likely we don’t need to change is until the N corner of Pohnpei.

The swell is in the 2-3 m range but unfortunately is it’s wavelength only less than 50 m. So MaRe’s bums swing around more than normal. Where is the swell with a wavelength of 100 or more meters?

During my second watch tonight, I’m working on my dough for fresh bread in the morning.

I’m also working on a blog about an interesting custom we experienced during our last hours on Kosrae.
