Yesterday morning I woke up and felt sick. Pretty sick. Head aches, terrible cough, sneezing, and running nose. When I got up and met Tobi he felt the same way. We caught in Port Vila, most likely in the supermarket a virus. And now the virus has us.

We hang around on board, being happy that we are in a good anchorage and not somewhere out at sea.

The PCR tests I still had on board were beyond their life time stamp, and the solution liquid in the tiny plastic bottles, evaporated through the plastic material. No Covid 19 test possible.

But I the second night I got the sweating symptom, I had back in Panama. So I’m pretty sure we got the latest version of the Covid 19 virus enjoying its life these days in Vanuatu.

The next day we both felt better. I actually felt healthy again. We successfully survived the virus.
