Also the wind speed increased approximately like forecasted. However, the log book shows that since 0730 the wind turned back to NE and weakend. Currently we have only 2 Bft.<\/p>\n<p>So we are slowly &#8211; but steadily(!) &#8211; edging towards American Samoa.<\/p>\n<p>In Penrhyn we got from Alex &amp; Kristine a hug pumpkin as a present. Since yesterday Shigeo, the chef on board, works on pumpkin recipes. We even flew via satellite mail a recipe for pumpkin bread in. The dough is ready and in the fridge and when I bake fresh bread in the early morning hours, I&#8217;ll also back the pumpkin bread.
